2 DOA single vehicle accident
Two people died instantly in this crash when the driver lost control of the truck. The passenger side door was jammed and the roof was crushed down and both had to be removed to access the patients. Due to the truck resting on a six foot box culvert, ladders had to be used to reach the a,b, and c posts that needed to be cut. The steering column was also displaced. All this was done in full turn-out gear in 95+ degree humid weather.
