4-car accident

Four cars were involved in this wreck, but only two patients were transported. The two drivers side doors were removed and the a-post taken out to safely remove the patient without compromising c-spine. This was made difficult by the truck to the left that was also involved in the accident. One patient was transported from this vehicle.
