This is the first vehicle that was involved in a head-on collision on a local state road. It came to rest about 100 yards from the other vehicle involved and 50 feet down a steep hill, off of the road. We popped the door, flapped the roof, and did a dash roll to safely remove the driver. She was flown to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville.

This was the second vehicle involved. The driver's door was opened and the driver was trying to extricate himself, but the front tire had come up into the driver compartment floorboard and pinned his foot. We used several different sized rams to push the rim and tire of f of the foot. The driver was then transported by helicopter to Vanderbilt Medical Center.

This photo shows the front tire punched into the floorboard of the white vehicle involved.
