SKYWATCH PATCH
We are NOAA certified severe weather watchers. During a severe weather outbreak, members are placed at strategic viewpoints in all areas of Putnam County to visually confirm weather conditions. All are linked by radio or cell phone to the Emergency Operations Center who can then activate our early warning system if needed.
